1. Registration Forms enclosed with the listed documents to be submitted at the reception within the stipulated dates. 

2. The following Admission Schedule will be observed during the session 2021-2022 

3. Distribution of Seats

EWS & Disadvantaged Group including Special needs Quota: 25%

General(Open seats) Quota: 55%

Management Quota: 20%

4. Regarding Age Limit  2021-22

For Pre-School (Nursery)

Minimum 03 year but less than 04 years as on 31st March 2021

For Pre- Primary (K.G.)

Minimum 04 year but less than 05 years as on 31st March 2021

For Class - 1st

Minimum 05 year but less than 06 years as on 31st March 2021

Instructions for Filling up the Registration form 2021-22

  1. Please read the instructions carefully before filling the form to avoid rejection of your form.

  2. Please fill in each entry of the form and write N.A for those entries, which are not applicable to you. Do not leave any entry blank. Incomplete forms will not be accepted /entertained.

  3. The Registration formality will be complete only on the receipt of the duly filled registration form and payment of Rs. 25/- for registration.

  4. Please keep a photocopy of duly filled Registration form for future reference.

  5. Kindly enclose the following documents along with the Registration Form.

  6. Kindly ensure that you Collect receipt & acknowledgement for the registration form & fee paid. 

  7. Registration Forms enclosed with the listed documents to be submitted at the reception within the stipulated dates. 

List of Documents to be attached with the Registration Form 2021-22

  1. Self Attested copy of Date of Birth Certificate of the child issued by municipality

  2. Attested copy of Proof of Residence (Voter Identity Card/ Ration Card/ Aadhaar Card / Passport / Water or Electricity or MTNL Bill / Domicile certificate) in the name of child or of his/her parents.

  3. Attested Photocopy of I-card or fee receipt of Decent Sibling / 12th class Mark-sheet Decent Alumni (if applicable)

  4. Proof of Transfer (if applicable)

  5. Attach a copy of the relevant document, if the child has any special medical need/ disability/ailment (if applicable)
