Withdrawal & Refund  

​WITHDRAWAL AND REFUND RULES :

  1. One month’s notice should be given or one month’s fee has to be deposited.

  2. A refund of the caution money only will be made on producing the original receipt given to you on its payment.

  3. The refund should be collected within one month of the withdrawal.

  4. Request of the issue of Transfer Certificate should be made at least one month before withdrawal.

FEES SYSTEM

  1. All school dues should have to be paid on Monthly/quarterly/ basis on working days.

  2. All fee payments is to be made by cheque by the 7th day of the month in the name of Decent Public School. If the cheque is dishonored a fine of Rs. 500/- will be charged.

  3. Late fee fine of Rs. 5/- per day will be charged, and if it is not paid by the due date. If the default continues for 7 days the name of the child will be struck off the rolls and he will have to seek readmission.
