Dear Parents,
As per the Delhi High Court’s Order Dated 27.05.2022 in the case of Master Divyam Bhateja vs. Bhai Parmanand Vidya Mandir and Other W.P.(C)/8466/2022, Unaided Private Schools are empowered to strike off a student’s name from the school rolls on non-payment of school fees under Rule nos of 35 & 167 of DSEAR 1973.
Hence you are once again requested to kindly clear the school fees by the due date (10th of every month) to avoid further action.
