Submission of Documents (EWS/DG Category) – Session 2026–27

Dear Parents/Guardians,

All parents of students admitted under the EWS/DG category are informed that, as per the provisions of the Right of Children to Free and Compulsory Education Act, 2009 and guidelines of the Directorate of Education, Government of NCT of Delhi, submission of updated documents is mandatory to continue availing EWS/DG benefits.

You are requested to submit the following documents in the school office on or before 31-03-2026:

·         Valid / Renewed Income Certificate

·         Address Proof (valid government-issued document)

Non-submission of the required documents within the due date may lead to action as per DOE rules.

EWS/DG श्रेणी के लिए दस्तावेज़ जमा करने के संबंध में (सत्र 2026–27)

प्रिय अभिभावकगण,

EWS/DG श्रेणी में अध्ययनरत सभी विद्यार्थियों के अभिभावकों को सूचित किया जाता है कि नए शैक्षणिक सत्र 2026–27 के आरंभ होने के कारण Right of Children to Free and Compulsory Education Act, 2009 तथा Directorate of Education, Government of NCT of Delhi के निर्देशानुसार EWS/DG श्रेणी के अंतर्गत मिलने वाली सुविधाओं को जारी रखने हेतु अद्यतन दस्तावेज़ जमा करना अनिवार्य है।

अतः आपसे अनुरोध है कि निम्नलिखित दस्तावेज़ विद्यालय कार्यालय में 31-03-2026 तक अनिवार्य रूप से जमा कर दें:

·         वैध / नवीनीकृत आय प्रमाण पत्र (Income Certificate)

·         वैध पता प्रमाण पत्र (Address Proof)

निर्धारित तिथि तक दस्तावेज़ जमा न करने की स्थिति में, संबंधित विभाग के नियमों के अनुसार आगे की कार्रवाई की जा सकती है।
